Over a Decade of Solving Complex Project Challenges

Realistic started in 2015 as Tenant Tracker, built to solve the coordination problems we saw firsthand in commercial real estate. For more than a decade, we’ve worked alongside owners, developers, consultants, and operators on projects where delays directly impact revenue, timelines, and compliance.

Over those years, we watched teams struggle with the same problems again and again: critical dates tracked in spreadsheets that were always slightly out of date. Status updates assembled manually before every meeting. Risk surfacing too late to act on. Contractors, landlords, tenants, and internal teams working from different versions of the same information.

The tools available were either too generic — task managers and spreadsheets that offered little structure for complex real estate workflows — or too heavy, like enterprise construction platforms built for GCs rather than the people coordinating the project.

Tenant Tracker was built to solve that problem. Realistic is the evolution of it.

Today, Realistic brings more than a decade of experience into a platform purpose-built for the people managing tenant coordination, renovation timelines, and capital project workflows, with the structure those projects actually require.
